PowerFlow Fluid Systems is an authorized distributor of Donaldson W451 Series filter assemblies and replacement elements. This filter series is designed for hydraulic applications with pressures up to 4500 psig and 150 gpm flow rate. The filter assembly includes the housing, filter element and service indicator with many options.
W451 assemblies are built with design flexibility in mind. They conform to the popular HF4 automotive standard. The filter elements feature Donaldson’s DT 4-layer filter media in four media grades and the housings are available in three different lengths to accommodate various flow rates, spatial requirements and other application needs.
The W451 is a vertical, base-mounted assembly with an easy access top cover for filter element change-out and an internal bypass valve. Port styles include various SAE and manifold-mount options. Many choices of visual and visual/electric service indicators are available with features including thermal lockout, surge control, manual or auto reset, and electrical connector styles.
